What is a Point of Single Contact under the Services Directive?
Service providers wishing to establish or provide their services on a temporary basis are no longer required to contact various authorities. Instead, they can turn to a Point of Single Contact to obtain the relevant information and complete the necessary applications. Service recipients may also turn to the Point of Single Contact for information on services and service providers.
