Second Life — the Second House of Sweden

Sweden's virtual embassy in Second Life is a project conceived, directed and funded by the Swedish Institute. The design of the Second House of Sweden was adapted from the real-life House of Sweden, designed by Wingårdh AB, in Washington, DC.

Second Life is not a game, but a 3-D virtual world which attracts users from all over the world and is created entirely by its residents.

The Second House of Sweden fulfills the role of "embassy" purely as a representative of goodwill. The embassy is dedicated to exhibits about Sweden, and provides a platform for events — film showings, seminars, concerts — all with a Swedish theme.

I think its really great initiative with House of Sweden. its cool many in post are interested in visiting, nice country and probably most beautiful women in the world ;)

Married to a Swedish Lady for 40 years, Visited Sweden and loved it so much that we have a home there. Love the green grass and flowers. But we find that the younger generation can be quite rude.
In fact, its disappointing to see so many young people behaving like thugs.
Sweden is not like it use to be.

trust me people this is the suckiest country ever... i wish i could leave and never come back. If u want to live to the fullest this place is a wrong choice. But if u wanna die slowly inside then u r welcome to come...

Please do not go to Sweden just because you can study there for free or because the system in Sweden is so generous and frendly against foreigners. You must be prepeared to give something back.

All the time, a new thing, that is not @ hand is interesting! But, when it comes in touch, it might not be as interesting as before. That is idiot!. But, in some special cases, things remain interesting whatever the case! i hope i'm in this mood with sweden. i'm sure you will give me chance to enjoy this!

I visited Sweden Last year. Best foreign experience. The people are very friendly and very nice. I love Sweden. I hope I get an oppurtunity to live in Sweden for a few years. I also love Swedish architecture. My next trip will be to the Maritime museum. i want to see the Viking sail ship.

i love sweden so much,i was born in indonesia but never love the country since childhood i always love west countries.i believe i'm indigo child and before born and life in indonesia,i'm swedish life and died in sweden.and i wish could go home to sweden,i miss sweden when autumn with windmill.i have grown so weary to asia espesially indonesia.
